About:China Transit Visa

Hi, I am a PERMANENT RESIDENT of CANADA and holding a INDIAN PASSOPORT. I'll be travelling to India through Shanghai airport. I'm interested to take a day off at Shanghai for site-seeing or shopping purpose. Do I need a any visa?

yes, you need a China visa for a day off at Shanghai for sightseeing or shopping because you hold Indian passport.
