About:Taiwan Weather

I wan to ask about the hotel nearer to Shilin Night Market.
Any budget hotel u can suggest?
And how about the weather during end of october? is it rainy day?

You could consider the comfortable Grandee Taipei Hotel or the budget Chientan Overseas Youth Activity Center. Oct is the rainy season, be aware of typhoon days sometimes.
