Are the terracotta worriors that are displayed in museums all over the world replicas or the real thing?

The figures on "Official" tour are the real thing. We went to Atlanta once a time to the High Museum of Art where the Terra-cotta figures were on display, they are amazing! Can't wait to go to China and see the real thing.
