Hi, May I know how many days does taipei shops closed for Chinese New Year? And whats the weather over there during feb? Thank you very much

The large department stores will not be closed during Chinese New Year. To be opposite, it is one of the great sale season. The weather will be mild in Feb, when a warm long-sleeved shirt will be ok.
