About:Shanghai Weather

Hi, we'll be traveling to Shanghai on February 19-22, 2011, what we'll the weather be like?
Will the Chinese Spring Festival have ended then? I hear stores are closed during Chinese Spring Festival.

It will be getting warmer after mid-February in Shanghai, but still cold in early morning and at night. You need to take warm clothing. The Chinese Spring Festival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/spring-festival.htm) will be end at that time.
Most shopping stores are open during the festival, only a few small stores are closed.
