About:China Customs Declaration

hi, I'm about to go to China via a work visa. I want to bring my semi new PS3 and XBOX360 (two items valuing, in total, at around 800 USD), along with an used iPod Touch, HTC phone and company computer, with me. Will I need to pay any tax when entering China?

I don't think you have to pay any tax if they have been used . However, you may have to make a declaration.

what happens when I make a declaration? is there tax? or will I have to show them the items when I leave the country (to prove that I am bringing them back)?
