I will stay a Kowloon Shangrila Hotel, Tsim sha Tsui> Please guide me, How to get Ngoping by bus, Is that right  take S1 Bus to Tung Chung station first? many thanks! and then What bus could we take to Repulse bay from ngoping?

Not bus S1 first. You can take MTR from MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station - K. Transfer to Tung Chung Line at Nam Cheong. Get off at Tung Chung Station and walk about 5 minutes to Ngong Ping 360(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/hongkong/ngong-ping360.htm)  Cable car station. From Ngong Ping to Repulse Bay(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/hongkong/island/bay.htm) : Take MTR from Tung Chung Station - A  to Hong Kong Station - E2. Then catch bus 6 from Central (Exchange Square) to Repulse Bay Road.
