About:China Work Visa

Hi

Can you be classed as a defendant on a Z visa if you are the persons long term partner, or do you have to be married?

You can't be classed as a dependant on a Z visa if you are not married. Accompanying family members must be an immediate relative of the person working in China (i.e. child or spouse).
