About:China Student Visa

sir i want to apply for student visa and want to get on the same day.
i hav following docs:
admission letter
visa approval from college
medical certificate fully signed
police charatcer certificate
certicates attested by respective boards & ibcc
passport
ID card

what else i need and how much fees to pay??????
please reply in detail

plus tell me that i hav mediical certificate signed by registrar of a government hospital.is it enough r this is mandatory to be signed my MS.cause MS of that hospitol is on forgin tour i hav all the test reports along with me.

It is mandatory to make your Physical Examination Record attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan rather than your MS.
