About:China Customs Declaration

I am thinking about buying a new laptop from a company (Electronic Hot - on line store in Shanghi China). Is this a good reputable company. Has anyone bought from them before. When I told them I was going to buy it with Paypal, they are going to charge me an extra 10% fees.

Because they have to pay commission fee for Paypal, so the seller want extra fee from buyer, but the percentage is a bit higher than Paypal asks from them. Perhaps you can think about other sellers. My questions is that laptop should be cheaper in the USA, isn't?
