About:Embassy & Consulate of Indonesia in China

Dear all!could you please help me, if anyone awere in this information.i want to get visa to Indonesia in China, i live in Shanghai,but there is no embassy and consulate here:((maybe anybody know,if it is possible and if yes,how it is possible to get visa by mail?please answer me as soon as possible.
Or at least if we have to bring our passport by ourselves to embassy or we can ask someone for help,coz Guangzhou is sooo far from us.:((

thanks for your reply.
i have one question. Let say i report to the police station about my passport and applying for new passport, but somehow in certain days, i got my old passport back. maybe someone found it and send to the police station in shanghai because i also leave my number in case someone found it..
the things are on 27th december 2010 i already bought the flight to hongkong, can i use the report letter.
the embassy in beijing open from monday to friday right ?

Yes, Indonesia embassy in Beijing opens from Monday to Friday, if you report the lost to police station and apply for a new passport now, your old passport can't be used even though you get it back.
