About:Daxing'anling Travel

I am planning to go up to Mohe this December. I heard it is bitterly cold. I am wonder if it is possible to view the northern lights in December?
What else can i do at Mohe?

Since Mohe is not in the arctic circle, the northern lights could only be viewed in Mohe during the couples of weeks around every June 21.
