Which are the hospitals/doctors approved for doing medical examination required for dependent Z visa application?

you can contact the embassy for that, or just get it done by doctors from a big state-owned hospital. or you can fill the first part of the examination form, the rest you are required to do in China when change your work visa to residence permit.
