About:Chinese Embassy in Bolivia

Hello,
I am a U.S. citizen living and working near Shenzhen, China. My daughter was born in Bolivia in 2001. Now, I am told that I need to apply for authentication letter for her birth certificate through your embassy.

Can you please reply to me and tell me how to apply for this document.
Thank you very much.

First, you need get her birth certificate authenticated by local Notary Public, then, by state department. Chinese embassy requires an Application Form of Notarization and Legalization(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/notarization-application-form.pdf) , passport(together with copy of information page),ID and other documants for that. For more details, please contact the embassy directly from above ways of contact.

For the first time I will be going as a tourist, visiting Beijing, Shanghai and Xian, maybe the big 3 Georges Damm in Sept and the first week of October.
Good luck, jt, masibolAtGoogledotcom
