what is the best way to go to hong kong disneyland from silvermine beach hotel?

You can walk to Mui Wo Market to take bus 3M and get off at Tung Chung Shopping Center. Then take mtr from Tung Chung Station and transfer Disneyland Resort at Sunny Bay to Disneyland.
