About:Shanghai Shopping Malls

I have to go to shanghai for a business trip in a week time, but my agent cannot go around with me to visti the city. Do you think it is safe that I go around by miself?

I have been to Shanghai several times alone and I find it very safe along the central business district.

Yup! Although I teach in Jiangsu province, I go to Shanghai on week-ends all by myself! In fact, I never thought of asking that question myself!

Shanghai is very safe for people both during the day and at night. It is though, the same as any large city where you still must be aware of your personal belongings. As a female living here, I feel safer here during the day and night than in my own home country.
