About:Guangzhou Railway Station

Hi,
Is there any bus or coach from the airport to King Garden Hotel in Baiyun. Also I like to go to Shenzhen, what is the best route to take Bus, Coach or train and from where.

There is no direct bus from airport to this hotel. However, you could take the shuttle bus Line 1 from the airport to its terminal at Guangzhou Railway Station(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/guangzhou/railway-station.htm). The King Garden Hotel is located only about 6km away from the railway station, so you could take a taxi to get there quickly.

As for going to Shenzhen(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/shenzhen/), suggested that you go to Guangzhou Railway Statin and then take a bullet train to Shenzhen. The journey is only about 70 minutes.
