Question

i have done software engineering from pakistan.i want todo phd in computer sciences in china as well doing job in software company there.can i do this? the student who came to there for study, can he live there permanent without taking resident visa?

You can study in China if you have permit from a China college, from which you need invitation and application form for a student visa to China. The duration of the student visa is up to your study. but if you want to work in China, you need to apply for a Work visa. Living in China permanently is impossible, you have to renew your residence permit every year.
