About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Good day,
My wife try to exit Hongkong with China Visa from US but there was a new rule that visas from US through agencies are not applicable to exit Hongkong for now, its a big trouble that we spend big money for that visa, we are from the Philippines, I am worried that i may not enter Hongkong for the reason that i have visa from US, what should we do?

Thanks for reply, I mean we cannot go to Hongkong for our exit after 60 days of stay here in China, for the reason that we have China visa from USA there question is why do we have a visa from USA that we didnt go to US for application? is this means that visa through agencies from US is not valid to exit in Hongkong?

Oh...I never heard about this new rule before, Mr.Monroe, Philippines passport holders can visit Hong Kong without a visa if you will stay there for not more than 14 days. Maybe, you can go to another destination first, and then visit HK.

what do you mean? is that you can not leave from Hong Kong to mainland China with the visa you got from US through an agency? I have not be informed of this so far.

Thanks Kyle, The problem is we have a China visa that we've got from the agency, when my wife try to exit Hongkong to send gifts to Philippines they didnt allow her and they said that she must change her China visa taken from US, if she did then she can enter Hongkong, how is this happen? I always exit go to Hongkong for 2-3 and no problem, is it a new rule? we are worried that we can't enter Hongkong to meet our family and exit our Visa.
