About:Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia

I am pakistani national living in jeddah with legal work permit from last 15 years.I want to visit Hong Kong with my family for one month ,my sister in law and her husband
is Hong Kong national. I want to visit china also for 3 to 4 days by road with their
family what is the process for both visas. Can we apply for the visa on china border.

No, you need to apply for both Hong Kong visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/hongkong-requirements.htm) and China tourist visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/tourist.htm) in advance through Chinese embassy in Saudi Arabia.
