About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am Italian passport holder and would like to apply for a multiple entry visa for 12 months. Would I be able to apply the visa in Singapore.

If you can provide documents that entitle you to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP, you can apply for mutiple entry Chinese visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm) in Singapore.
