1. In the city-area, there is no problem for traveling on wheelchair. But, a little difficult to take a bus or metro.
2. All of these goods could be purchase at these department stores, which are distributed in Shanghai everywhere. For the replica and cheap cell phone, you could go to the Bu Ye Cheng Cell Phone City (不夜城手机城) at Shanghai Railway Station. And cheap clothes could be found on Qipu Road.

Qipu lu is not really a good place to go to in a wheelchair. It's very very busy, lot's of people/vendors on the streets and to buy better quality clothes or fake clothes you have to go up some stairs.
