About:Chinese Crew, Resident and Journalist Visa
dear sir,
i'sorry for bothring you. i'm came china in the end of APR/2010 as crew but till now our vessel has no plan for salling, thus my visa ha been expired since 23/jul/2010. now i wan to repatriate to vietnam but our agent in china answered that " you shoul go with the vessel and disembark at next port because local immigration does not apply for foreign crew to sign on and off at the same port". please kindly advise me on formlity for my repatriation. your kindness is appreciated.
