I think it is very easy for you take the bus A21 (HKD33)from Hong Kong Airport to this hotel. After arrive at the airport, you could take bus A21 at the ground transportation center. And then, get off at its 13th station of Cameron Road, Nathan Road, where the MIRA Hong Kong Hotel is located in walking-distance.
