i am student in china and want to marriage with chinese girl after my study. i want to know that to make single certificate for unmarried from pakistan i have to go back to make it from chinese embassy or my parents can make it from pakistan? because i call to chinese embassy in pakistan they say to me that i have to go back for this. please help me to know any other way for this.
