About:Taiwan Weather

hi,
if i go to taiwan in mid january, what should i wear? winter coat or? doea ppl over ter wearing short pants with legging or short pants with long sleeves and jackets? will it be weird to see ppl wearing short pants on the street in mid january at taiwan? lol..

Of course, it will be a little weird to wear short pants in winter. Although the temperature is about 15C during daytime, you'd better wear long-sleeved shirt and jeans. There will be less rainfall so no very chilly days. Good luck!
