About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I have a job in China. My boss has confirmed the visas from China but I must now apply for the Z visa. However, I am now in Guam rather than Thailand which was where I was when we started the process. Should I have to go back to Thailand to apply for the Z visa or can I go to the Philippines?

If there is written that you shall apply for China work visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/work.htm) from China embassy in Thailand on the visa notification form, you have to go back to Thailand to appply for Z visa. The visa notification form is one important document for application, your employment should send it to you.
