About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am come from China, holding China Passport but now currently study at Thailand. I would like to travel for holidays to Malaysia and Singapore next month.

I will take flight to Malaysia first, then only go to Singapore.
For this case, what should I do? Can I directly apply VISA at Thailand for both country?

Thank you.
