About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hello,
i am Israeli Citizen. i am in china now (Tourist visa L)
next week i will go to Korea and i plain back to china . can i apply for Chinese Tourist Visa in Seoul ?

You can't get a Chinese Tourist Visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/tourist.htm) in Seoul because you don't have Korean Alien Registration Card valid for at least 6 months.
