Hi, whats the weather like for early sept? Is it a good time to go?

There always is heavy rainfall in Taiwan during Aug to Oct. The typhoon also happens sometimes, such as the terrible weather this year. But, there will be many sunny days as well, so you'd better pay attention to the weather forecast before leaving.
