About:China Work Visa

Hi, I am currently in China but on a dependent pass. I decided to apply to work and have got a job. The company is asking me to apply my own Z Visa. Can I convert my current dependent visa to a working Z visa without leaving the country? Do I need to do a health check again? How much does it cost and what do I need to do?

Generally speaking, it is hard to convert your current dependent visa to a work Z visa within Mainland China if you apply for it by yourself. Please find a reliable visa agency to do it for you, which has their own contact with immigraion officer. However, you have to pay much money for its service.

The other option is you go to Hong Kong or Macau to apply for Z visa if you can prepare all requirements
