About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi. I'm a Singapore PR (Philippine Passport Holder). Me and my boss will attend seminar in China. However m a Philippine Passport Holder which I believe that I need visa to enter China. Is China Embassy in Singapore issue visa for SIngapore PR (Philippine Passport Holder)? Pls help. thanks!

China embassy in Singapore issue Chinese Visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm) for Singapore PR (Philippine Passport Holder), but you need to submit visa application to CVASC in Singapore rather than China embassy.
