About:Guangzhou Attractions

Hello,
Will be going to Guangzhou next month for 5 days. May I ask what is the fastest way to go to HK from Guangzhou. We plan to go to HK, just one day, go back to Guangzhou in the evening of the same day. Is this possible?
We will be staying at Hotel Landmark. I read in reviews that there is a bus going to HK from there. Which is better, the bus or train or...

I think the fastest way is to take the inter-city train between Guangzhou and Hong Kong, But I'm not sure whether there is a bus between Guangzhou hotel Landmark and Hong Kong.

The terminals are Guangzhou east railway station and Hung Hom Station.

Just back from Guangzhou you may stay at Baiyun City Hotel next to train station easy access to HK

Actually there are many buses to HK as long as you live in the famous hotel, then you can catch a bus to HK without going to Train station. China Hotel(中國大酒店), Garden Hotel(花園酒店), Guangzhou Hotel(廣州賓館) and White Swan Hotel(白天鵝賓館) etc.
