About:Hong Kong MTR - East Rail Line

Hello,
Im going to Hong kong from Shentzhen soon(I'll arrive at Shentzhen airport)Can you tell me how to go to Hong kong:is it possible to take the subway from luo hu station to lo wu station?

hi, there are ferries to Hong Kong at Shekou Port, you can take Shenzhen Airport Shuttle Bus 10 to Shekou Port and take ferry.

You can also take airport shuttle to Shenzhen Railway Station and pass the customs and take East Rail Line to downtown Hong Kong.

Do you konow if it is cheaper by train as you suggested(east rail line )or by bus(90CNY)
Then I also heard of an extension with the subway by june 2011 from Shenzhen airport to Kowloon.Have you heard of it too?

There is no recent report about the subway from Shenzhen Airport(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/shenzhen/airport.htm) to Kowloon. Still have to wait.

Well, I think taking a bus from Shenzhen Airport to Kowloon, Hong Kong is much easier since you don't have to make transfer for several times.

Of course, it is cheaper to get to Hong Kong by East Rail Line. Once arrive at Shenzhen Airport, you have to take shuttle bus Line 1 to Luohu Border (40 minutes and CNY20). Then, walk to through the border and take the KCR East Rail Train to Hung Hom Train Station, Hong Kong. The train will take you another 50 minutes and HKD33.
