About:Chinese Embassy in D.R. Congo

Good Morning Mr.Noah,

This is Rajesh Kumar i'm a Indian working for United Nations (Kinshasa) D R Congo...I want to travel (Dalian)China for visit my Relative who is pursuing Doctorate in Dalian medical university..so kindly tell me the procedures to apply for visa..now I'm working in a Remote sector around Africa so i cant go straight to Chinese embassy in Kinshasa..Is any possibilities to get the visa by send my passport and invitation letter from that university...kindly help me...thanks in advance...

You can entrust your college or friend in Kinshasa to apply for China tourist visa on behalf of you if you can't go to the embassy. The application by mail is not accepted, besides the invitation letter from that university, the photocopy of your relative's passport, his Chinese residence permit and relationship certificate are also required.

Thanks for you Kindly Reply...Ya i can send one of my Friend who is working in Kinshasa to apply Visa..but i have every documents of my frnd like his passport copy,visa copy,conform flight ticket and university invitation also except the Relationship Certificate..is it compulsory??? bcoz he is my friend doing his doctorate in dalian medical university.. please clear my doubt..thanking you

If he is your friend, it's true that you can't provide Relationship Certificate, please ask your friend in Kinshasa to submit all other requirements besides the Relationship Certificate, the final decision is up to visa officer of China embassy in Kinshasa. Good Luck!
