I plan to visit Chongging in April on a backpack basis alone. Is there any nice budget lodgings that I can check out there. What will the temperature be there then. Will 5 days there be sufficient to visit all the major attractions.Thank youAndrew Chin20101124

There are many Cheap Hotels in Chongqing, such as Jinjiang Inn, 7 Days Inn, Home Inn and these youth hostel, which cost you around 150~200RMB/night.April will be comfortable in Chongqing, actually a little bit warm. A long-sleeved shirt will be ok outside. If you have 5 days there, I think you could expand this trip to Chengdu or even Jiuzhaigou.
