Hi,I'm Planning to go to Guang Zhou on 2/12/2010 (I will arrive there at 12am 3/12/2010).My husband and I will stay there for 6 days. We plan to go there by backpack. Can anyone suggest to us which is the cheapest hostel can we stay and cheapest transportation cost if we want to go for sightseeing (shopping etc.).We also plan to go to Disneyland Hong Kong for 1 day (do we have to stay day for 1 night?)Can anyone help us?we do not have any idea about Guang Zhou.What is the famous city which tourist always visit?

For cheapest hostel, I suggest you not to stay around shopping districts, hostels around universities would be much safer than the ones around Guangzhou Railway Station. For transport, subway is easy to take to tour around the city. You'd better stay for one night at Disneyland, maybe two day for it is better, since it will take you around 2 or more hours to get there and one day might be too short. You can take train from Guangzhou East Railway Station to Hung Hom Station and then take MTR to Disneyland. The famous Guangzhou Attractions(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/guangdong/guangzhou/)  are Yuexiu Park, Baiyun Moutain, Shamian Island, etc.
