About:China Transit Visa

Hello, I wonder if I need a single or double entry visa.
I fly from Amsterdam to Guangzhou, but we have a technical stop at Beijing, to take fuel.
It take a few hours and then we will fly with same plane to Guangzhou.
We fly with China Southern, and on their website I read something that confused me a bit.
Does anyone know the right answer?

Thanks already.
