About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

I am an Irish citizen living in Brussels for the next 6 months. I will need to travel to China on a business trip in the new year.

Can I make my application to the embassy in Brussels or do I need to make the application to the embassy in Dublin (Ireland)?

thanks in advance,

Martin.
