when will be the best bet to watch aurora borealis at mohe ? can i combine my trip with the ice and snow festival in the sun island ? thank you

The aurora borealis of Mohe always happens in summer, the week around every June 21. But the Ice and Snow festival is in winter from Dec. to next Feb., so you will miss one of them.
