About:China Transit Visa

Hello,
I am a Nepali citizen. I am going to Veitnam for 35days(approx). I will be flying via China or BKK to Veitnam. Do I need transit visa for any of these countries? How/Where am I supposed to obtain transit visa?

You do not need a visa if you hold a through ticket and have booked seats on international airliners flying directly through China, and will stay in a transit city for less than 24 hours without leaving the airport.
