Question

I'm currently working in a Malaysian Company. My Boss want to visit shanghai for a business trip. May i know if he still need an personal appearance at the China embassy here at the Philippines upon application for a Business Visa? My boss is Malaysian. or a Liaison Officer can process for him?Thank you.

An applicant may send someone else or a travel agent to act on his behalf if he cannot come to the Chinese embassy personally.
