You have to get to Chengdu(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/chengdu.htm) first, and then take special bus to ya'an from xinnanmen bus station, shiyang bus station or chengbei passenger transport center, and lastly take a bus to Bifeng Gorge panda Base from beierlu bus station of ya'an.
