You can take train from Guangzhou Railway Station and get off at Baoding. Then take bus to Bazhou from Baoding, a hour or so. Then take a taxi to Dongyangzhuang. The train will takes nearly 29 hours. So, if you want faster way, that should be take airplane, to Tianjin first.
