About:China Transit Visa

I'm a Filipino, resident of Luxembourg for 15 years. I'm flying to spend Christmas and New Year to the Philippines. Do I need a transit visa for 12 hours transient stay at the Peking Airport ?

You are not required a transit visa if you will not leave the aitport and stay there less than 24 hours.
