i live in pakistan......i m soon going to changsha to study there.....i m really afraid of the weather in changsha.....i have heard that changsha is too cold ....i live in extremely hot temperature .....here temperature rises above 47* c.....but never goes down 4*c.....i can bear hot temperature but coldness annoy me a lot.....temperature falls in changsha  below -10*c.....which is freezing condition for me......what to do ????

No， Changsha is not too cold. The average low temperature in Changsha is about -1C in Jan. It seldom snow and freeze. Do not worry much about it. You can prepare some warm down jacket in the winter.
