About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hi I'm student in Seoul South Korea I'm going back to Iraq will transfer in Beijing will stay at the airport for 3 hours do I need transit visa

also my fiancee coming from Egypt through Beijing in the way he go back he will stay at Beijing airport for 15 hours does he need transit visa too??

you do not need a transit visa if you will stay in the airport for less than 24 hours.

but what about my Fiancee he is Egyptian he is flight (Egypt- Beijing- Seoul and the same way as well but he will stay between 5-16 hours in the way he goes back, he also does n't need

Yes, aliens are exempted from processing visas if they will stay in the transit city for less than 24 hours without leaving the airport.
