About:China Transit Visa

Im an America flying from Australia to Los Angeles. I have a twenty-three hour layover in Beijing. If I stay in the hotel that is located in terminal three, do I need a transit visa? Thanks.

You do not need to apply for a transit visa if you will not leave the airport.

ah, I emailed the hotel. I do, indeed, need a transit visa to book a room in the hotel even though it is still in the airport. Just FYI.
