About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am holding Australian passport and working in Germany now. I would like to apply for a Chinese tourist visa in Germany; Would you please let me know if it is possible to apply Chinese visa from Germany? if possible, which nearest city has the Chinese consulate I can go to? I am currently in the city named Aachen.

Sure you can apply for a visa to China in Germany. and you are required to drop your visa application to Consulate General of China in Frankfurt, which hold the consular jurisdiction of Aachen.
