About:Taiwan Weather

we will go to taiwan this 4 Dec 10 till 10 Dec 10. May i know the weather at that time and the road go to hua lien must cross "su hua" road izit safe for cross now.

There will be rainfall sometimes during Dec, but the average temperature could keep around 15c or much warmer in south part. Due to the rainfall and recent tragedy, I think you'd better keep away from this road.
